A local and fairly common resident in the south.

A species of calcareous habitats where the foodplants grows.

Overwinters as a small larva. Adults occasionally disturbed during the day and later come sparingly to light.

Note This species is sometimes recorded by mistake when recorders really mean Little Emerald Jodis lactearia.
