A rare and declining resident.

A species of woodlands, hedgerows, parks and gardens.

Overwinters as a pupa and comes to light.

Note Current thinking is that Ash Pug Eupithecia innotata f. fraxinata and E. innotata are the same species and are now called Angle-barred Pug.

Verification Grade Comment: Retain specimen for CMR.
