Fairly common resident, especially in the east of the region.

Found in suburban and urban areas where it breeds on garden Juniper etc.

Overwinters as an egg. Adults can be found resting ion the foodplant and come readily to light.

Note resembles Spruce Carpet but wings are more pointed and it has a distinctive diagonal dash at the wing tip.
