Capua vulgana

(Frölich, 1828)1007 / 49.009

Common resident in acid woodland and scrub with plentiful bilberrry and birch, but also occurs less commonly in ancient woodland on neutral and basic soils.

Vaccinium myrtillus and various other trees and shrubs with larva feeding in spun leaves from July to September.
