Uncommon local species on upland heaths and moors in the north of the region and recently discovered in the Wyre Forest.

On Vaccinium myrtillus with larva feeding in July/August between flatly spun leaves.

Recorded in 14 (10%) of 140 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1887.
Last Recorded in 2017.
